Seth Boynton, MSW, LCSW

Seth is a licensed clinical social worker with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in biology from Boston University. He continued his studies at Boston University and earned a Masters of Social Work. His drive for education led to him earning certificates in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Health Psychology, and Nutritional Psychology.
Seth’s career has included schools, hospitals, foster care and private practice. Throughout his career he has helped children, adults and seniors at all stages of life.

Seth believes that we can’t treat JUST the mind or JUST the body. Everything is connected and we need to treat our health and wellness as such.

Holly Konrady, M.Ed., RYT

Holly has been teaching the teachers since 1985 when she began as a Certification Specialist for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, training and certifying group exercise instructors. She has been featured in American Fitness and Shape magazines.

She obtained a Masters degree in Instructional Leadership at Colorado State University and began teaching at University of North Carolina Wilmington, preparing students to be teachers, 2004-2017.

Her personal practice of yoga began in 2000 followed by teacher training at Seaside Yoga in 2008, 300 hours at Yoga Life Institute in 2015, studied yoga therapy with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at Duke Integrative Medicine and a medical yoga training with Dr. Mala Cunningham.  

Holly loves sports and vistas from the mountains to the sea. Hiking, biking, skiing, open water swimming, stand up paddle boarding, and relaxing for a sunset anywhere or finding that perfect piece of turquoise sea glass.
